5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your enrolment in a course or service within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the course has not commenced. Once the course starts, no refunds will be granted. Futurm Academy reserves the right to cancel courses, and in such cases, a full refund will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Futurm Academy, including but not limited to courses, materials, videos, logos, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit our content without prior written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

You may submit content such as feedback, comments, or questions. By submitting content, you grant Futurm Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content. You are responsible for the content you provide and agree not to post content that is defamatory, offensive, or violates any laws.

8. Privacy

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Futurm Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to loss of data or profit. Futurm Academy's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales for any legal proceedings.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Futurm Academy reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, you will still be bound by the provisions of these Terms.

14. Parental Consent for Users Under 17

If you are under the age of 17, you may only use our Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing their child to use our Services, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms and is responsible for the child's activity on the platform.
